In July 2014, Mr. David Passarelli, Chief of Staff to the Rector of the United Nations University, joined UNU-GCM as Honorary Associate Research Fellow. He is currently pursuing a doctorate at the Oxford Department of International Development (ODID, Oxford University). His research focuses on the rights of irregular migrant children in Canada and the United Kingdom, thus contributing to UNU-GCM’s work on statelessness and transcontinental migration.
