Cecilia began at UNU-GCM as an Administrative Assistant to the Management Officer and the Administrator. She is responsible for dealing with the administrative tasks of the institute. Her prior working experience in the hospitality and administrative industries has allowed her to develop skills useful to the institute. She graduated from the Universidad Complutense in Madrid with a major in Tourism. Currently, she is finalizing a Master’s Degree in International Politics with an emphasis on immigration and the impact of public policies on refugees. She has also carried out volunteer and development activities with civil societies organizations in various countries.
