Àngels Fàbregues joined UNU-GCM in January 2014 as Administrator. She holds a BA in Library and Information Science from the University of Barcelona. As an expert in administration, human resources, accounting and file management, she aims to implement administrative needs and develop them, focusing on the Institute’s strategic plan, in line with the UNU System. Interested in and concerned about culture, she has always been involved in the book world, either in bookselling or publishing. She is a former administrator of a bookshop specializing in supplying books to public libraries.
